- WE WILL SHIP VIA TRUCK FREIGHT (COMMON CARRIER). Shipping charge from $130 and up and is determined by the weight shipped, not how much you spend. Fed Ex Ground or UPS does not ship fireworks. Except for sparklers, snaps, party poppers, pistol poppers, snakes, trick pull strings, some smoke products, bomb bags and stink bombs bags, t-shirts, mugs, ball caps, and fireworks glasses. These items are not regulated by D.O.T. and can be shipped via Fed Ex/UPS Ground.
- All items must be shipped to a place of business or be picked up at truck terminal.
- ATTENTION OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS: We ship fireworks to only states that are legal. You must call us 814-345-5757 or use our contact page. We do not ship fireworks to the following states due to their state laws etc.: The states are CA, DE, MA, OH, AK, HI, CT, RI, NY, NJ, OR, AZ, VT and MN – only safe and sane products. Also, we cannot ship to foreign countries. If you live in anyone of these states you must come to our store here in Morrisdale, PA. to purchase fireworks.
- HARD COPY OF OUR CATALOGS: We will mail or fax a hard copy of price list upon request. Please give your full name, mailing address, ph. #, and fax #. WE DO NOT HAVE A COLORED CATALOG AS THAT WOULD RAISE THE PRICES! However, the online catalog is the most accurate on availability, as this is continuously updated all the time on our Retail/Wholesale Pages above. Wholesale Catalog has video links for most every item.
- LEGAL TENDERS ACCEPTED: We accept cash, money orders, Visa/Master Card, American Express, Discover cards. We, however, don’t accept any kinds of checks.
- SALES TAX: All sales are done in PA., therefore add 6% sales tax & 12% additional special state sales tax(effective Oct. 30th, 2017) or have a resale license.
- NOTICE 1: Due to Credit Card Fraud, we will only deliver to cardholder’s address or place of business. Sorry, we do not send/ship orders C.O.D.
- NOTICE 2: No orders accepted without a signature on a release/order form. Same with phone orders. You will only need to do this once a year.
